وأكّد ممثل باكستان على الحاجة إلى تحديد أولويات لأنشطة خفض الطلب ضمن برامج اليوندسيب، وشدّد على وجوب أن تولي اللجنة اهتماما خاصة لمشكلة تعاطي المخدرات في دول العبور، والعناية في الوقت نفسه بالنظر في حالة تعاطي المخدرات في العالم بطريقة شمولية.
