The Civil Law stipulates that a person who owns fishing rights may use a towpath for fishing needs.
وينص القانون المدني على أن من يملك حقوق صيد الأسماك يجوز لـه أن يستخدم ممراً لأغراض الصيد.
Pursuant to the Fishery Law of 12 April 1995, coastal landowners shall have the right to use a towpath as far as such rights are not restricted by this Law, other laws and legal acts.
وينص قانون مصايد الأسماك المؤرخ 12 نيسان/أبريل 1995 على أن ملاك الأراضي الواقعة على الشاطئ يكون لهم الحق في استخدام ممر ربط إذا لم يكن في القانون سالف الذكر أو بقية القوانين والنصوص القانونية ما يمنع ذلك.
The width of a natural towpath is: 1) along the shores of private waters - 4 metres; 2) along the shores of other waters -10 metres; 3) along the seacoast - 20 metres.
ويكون عرض هذا الممر الطبيعي: 1) على طول شواطئ المياه الخاصة - 4 أمتار؛ 2) على طول شواطئ بقية المياه - 10 أمتار؛ 3) على طول ساحل البحر - 20 متراً.
The use of a towpath free of charge is provided for: 1) pedestrians; 2) monitoring of fish resources and waters; 3) guarding borders; and 4) performing environmental protection and fire safety measures.
ويكون استخدام الممر معفياً من الرسوم لكل من: 1) المشاة؛ 2) رصد الموارد السمكية والمياه؛ 3) حراسة الحدود؛ 4) عند تنفيذ تدابير حماية البيئة والسلامة من الحرائق.
A towpath shall not be determined if the private waters in their entirety and the dry land adjacent to them belong to the same owner and fishing rights in such waters do not belong to the State.
ولا يجوز فتح ممر إذا كانت المياه الخاصة بأكملها والأراضي الجافة المجاورة لها مملوكة لنفس المالك وإذا لم تكن حقوق صيد الأسماك في تلك المياه مملوكة للدولة.
