And those who built a masjid to cause harm and for unbelief and to cause disunion among the believers and an ambush to him who made war against Allah and His Apostle before ; and they will certainly swear : We did not desire aught but good ; and Allah bears witness that they are most surely liars .
« و » منهم « الذين اتخذوا مسجدا » وهم اثنا عشر من المنافقين « ضرارا » مضارة لأهل مسجد قباء « وكفرا » لأنهم بنوه بأمر أبي عامر الراهب ليكون معقلا له يقدم فيه من يأتي من عنده وكان ذهب ليأتي بجنود من قيصر لقتال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم « وتفريقا بين المؤمنين » الذين يصلون بقباء بصلاة بعضهم في مسجدهم « وإرصادا » ترقبا « لمن حارب الله ورسوله من قبل » أي قبل بنائه ، وهو أبو عامر المذكور « وليحلفن إن » ما « أردنا » ببنائه « إلا » الفعلة « الحسنى » من الرفق بالمسكين في المطر والحر والتوسعة على المسلمين « والله يشهد إنهم لكاذبون » في ذلك ، وكانوا سألوا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يصلي فيه فنزل .

والمنافقون الذين بنوا مسجدًا ؛ مضارة للمؤمنين وكفرًا بالله وتفريقًا بين المؤمنين ، ليصلي فيه بعضهم ويترك مسجد ( قباء ) الذي يصلي فيه المسلمون ، فيختلف المسلمون ويتفرقوا بسبب ذلك ، وانتظارا لمن حارب الله ورسوله من قبل -وهو أبو عامر الراهب الفاسق- ليكون مكانًا للكيد للمسلمين ، وليحلفنَّ هؤلاء المنافقون أنهم ما أرادوا ببنائه إلا الخير والرفق بالمسلمين والتوسعة على الضعفاء العاجزين عن السير إلى مسجد ( قباء ) ، والله يشهد إنهم لكاذبون فيما يحلفون عليه . وقد هُدِم المسجد وأُحرِق .

The Ministry organized a conference to further mutual understanding among the Islamic schools of thought, held from 20 to 22 September 2003 under the patronage of His Majesty the King. The meeting exemplified the tremendous efforts by all scholars of the community of Islam (ummah), representing the various schools of thought, to unite its members and eliminate the causes of disunion and contention among them.

It affirmed the full rejection by the GCC States of such terrorist acts, which target innocent lives and spread chaos and destruction. It further called on its Lebanese brothers to overcome the crisis, preserve Lebanon's unity and stability, reflect on dialogue between the different political forces and avoid any action that may sow disunion and division. It also called for a swift and transparent investigation into the assassination of the martyred leader Rafik Hariri.
كما دعا الإخوة اللبنانيين إلى تجاوز الأزمة والمحافظة على وحدة واستقرار لبنان وتغليب جانب الحوار بين مختلف القوى السياسية والابتعاد عن كل ما من شأنه بث الفرقة والانقسام، وللتحقيق بالسرعة والشفافية في اغتيال الشهيد الرئيس رفيق الحريري.
In keeping with the Kingdom's Constitution (the Holy Koran and the Sunna of the Prophet) and the Basic Law, article 12 of which stipulates that “the consolidation of national unity is an obligation and the State shall prevent anything that is conducive to disunion, discord and division”, and in conformity with the laws and regulations in force, the Kingdom condemns all forms of racial segregation and apartheid and maintains no relations with racist regimes or organizations.
تمشياً مع دستور المملكة (القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية) ومع النظام الأساسي للحكم الذي تنص مادته 12 على أن "تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية واجب وتمنع الدولة كل ما يؤدي للفرقة والفتنة والانقسام" ومع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها، فإن المملكة تشجب العزل العنصري والفصل العنصري أياً كان ولا تقيم المملكة علاقات مع الأنظمة والمنظمات العنصرية.
