The Bureau selected Mark Montgomery, Eduardo Moreno, David Satterthwaite and Helen Zille as keynote speakers.

Ms. Zille, Mayor of Cape Town and former Minister of Education in the Western Cape province of South Africa, will address the issue “Urban governance, lessons learned and challenges ahead: the case of Cape Town”.
