The implementation of those time-bound commitments requires responsibility and good faith from all parties so as to ensure that States like mine obtain their fair share of their vastest and most bountiful resource.
ويتطلب تنفيذ تلك الالتزامات المحددة بمواعيد مسؤولية وحسن نية من كافة الأطراف بحيث تضمن دول مثل بلدي الحصول على حصة عادلة من موردها الواسع والسخي جدا.
Mr. Mantovani (Italy), speaking on behalf of the European Union, the 10 acceding countries, the associated countries (Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey) and Iceland (member of EFTA and the European Economic Area), noted with satisfaction that in 2002 UNHCR had continued to assist the return of refugees to Afghanistan in one of the vastest repatriation operations of the previous 30 years.
