Contracts with laboratories providing analytical services

(a) Strengthen national and regional statistical and analytical services, and encourage donor support for relevant programmes;

It will have three functional units, namely, for equipment, procurement and analytical services; communications, transportation and security; and training.

They also provide analytical services, participate in international projects, conduct public relations at local and regional levels, and carry out a number of other activities required for operation.

It will also provide routine analytical services to the teams of inspectors, through the analytical laboratory operating on the premises, and furnish remote monitoring capabilities.

Extensions of the contracts for the provision of analytical services by 11 international laboratories, members of the network, are being processed.

Analytical and Advisory Services: Building Capacity for Mainstreaming

They include, for example, companies providing analytical services to mineral exporters or companies buying finished tantalum powder produced from raw materials that may have come from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, but which were processed outside the country.

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency comprises five divisions: the Administrative Services Division, the Environmental Monitoring and Analytical Services Division, the Environmental Planning and Review Division, the Air and Land Programs Division and the Water Programs Division.
