His Government appreciated the technical assistance provided by UNIDO in recent years on the basis of the memorandum of cooperation signed in 2000. Some initiatives put forward by UNIDO experts following fact-finding missions were being implemented, including a project financed by the Government of Turkey on the elaboration of a prefeasibility study of a technology incubator, whose establishment and successful functioning would contribute significantly to the development of Azerbaijan's non-oil and non-gas industries.
وأضاف أن حكومته تقدر المساعدة التقنية التي قدمتها لها اليونيدو في السنوات الأخيرة بالاستناد إلى مذكرة التعاون الموقعة في عام 2000. وقال انه يجري تنفيذ بعض المبادرات التي طرحها خبراء اليونيدو بعد بعثات لتقصي الحقائق، ومن ضمنها مشروع تموله الحكومة التركية لإعداد دراسة جدوى أولية بشأن انشاء حاضنة للتكنولوجيات، ينتظر لإنشائها وتشغيلها بنجاح أن يسهم إسهاما كبيرا في تطوير الصناعات غير النفطية وغير الغازية في أذربيجان .
In the energy sector, pursuant to a request by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, NEPAD and the power pools, AfDB approved a grant of UA 9.51 million in 2008 to finance a comprehensive study on the development of Inga hydropower sites and associated power interconnections, including updating of the prefeasibility study of the Grand Inga power station, review of the study on the Inga 3 power station, a study on Grand Inga and associated interconnections and an assessment of the social and environmental impacts.
وفي قطاع الطاقة، وبناء على طلب من جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية والشراكة الجديدة ومجامع الطاقة، اعتمد مصرف التنمية الأفريقي عام 2008 منحة قدرها 9.51 مليون وحدة حسابية من أجل تمويل دراسة شاملة عن تنمية مواقع إنغا للطاقة الكهرمائية وشبكات ربط الطاقة ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك استكمال الدراسة السابقة للجدوى لمحطة إنغا الكبرى لتوليد الطاقة، واستعراض دراسة محطة إنغا - 3 للطاقة، ودراسة عن إنغا الكبرى وشبكات الربط ذات الصلة، وتقييم للآثار الاجتماعية والبيئية.
