If we wish to invigorate the Treaty, particularly at the Review Conference to be held in 2010, all States parties must seek its unversalization and promote the full respect of both the Treaty and the commitments entered into at the Review Conferences, in particular those of 1995 and 2000.
وإذا كنا نود تنشيط هذه المعاهدة، خاصة في المؤتمر الاستعراضي الذي سيعقد عام 2010، يجب على جميع الدول الأطراف أن تسعى إلى إكسابها الطابع العالمي وتشجيع الاحترام الكامل للمعاهدة والالتزامات التي تم التعهد بها في المؤتمرات الاستعراضية، وخاصة مؤتمري عامي 1995 و 2000.
