Export licences and procedures

Export licences may be of three types:

An arms trader must have a special arms export licence.

The export licence is issued for each single export.

Convictions: illegal possession of firearms, illegal possession of explosives, falsification of export licences.

Evidence may be in the form of falsified export licences, parts manifests, communiqués.

This certificate should be put together with the export licence and end-user certificate.

Information on the procedure followed for the issuance of the export licences was provided.
