Based on the resolution and the Cabinet approval on May 18, 2007, the Government announced that it would invoke “Measures based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law (Law No. 228 of 1948) (hereinafter “Foreign Exchange Law”) to Freeze the Assets of Persons and Entities Engaged in Iran's Proliferation Sensitive Nuclear and Other Activities and to Prohibit the Import of Arms from Iran”, in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Law, to implement paragraphs 4 and 5 of the resolution.
استنادا إلى القرار وإلى موافقة مجلس الوزراء في 18 أيار/مايو 2007، أعلنت الحكومة أنها سوف تنفـذ ”تدابيـر على أساس قانون القطع الأجنبي والتجارة الخارجية (القانون رقم 228 لعام 1948) (المشار إليه بعد ذلك بــ ”قانون القطع الأجنبي“) لتجميد أصول الأشخاص والكيانات الضالعين في أنشطة إيران الحساسة من حيث الانتشار النـووي وأنشطتها الأخرى، وحظر استيراد الأسلحة من إيران“، وفقا لقانون القطع الأجنبي وذلك تنفيذا للفقرتين 4 و 5 من القرار.
Ordinance No. 96.22 of 9 July 1996, concerning the punishment of offences against the exchange laws and regulations, specifies a penalty of imprisonment and a fine for any breach of the applicable legal procedures.
ويقضي الأمر 96-22 المؤرخ 9 تموز/يوليه 1996 المتعلق بقمع مخالفة التشريعات والأنظمة المتعلقة بالصرف بمعاقبة أي مخالفة للإجراءات القانونية المتبعة في هذا الميدان بالسجن مع غرامة.
