Australia and Timor-Leste have a unitisation agreement between them that applies to the “Greater Sunrise” field that lies in both the joint development area and an area in which Australia regulates activities in relation to the resources of the seabed and subsoil: Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste relating to the Unitisation of the Sunrise and Troubador Fields, done at Dili on 6 March 2003 (in force 23 February 2007).
