Oil exploitation by other companies, including Pioneer, Apache and Pluspetrol, affects dozens of Mapuche territories, Wichí territories in the Department of Ramón Lista, Province of Formosa, and Guaraní territories in El Ramal, Jujuy.
ويترتب على أنشطة استغلال النفط التي تقوم بها الشركات الأخرى (باينير، وأباشي، وبلاسبترول وغيرها) إضرار بالعشرات من قطع أراضي أبناء المابوش وأبناء فيتشي في مقاطعة رامون ليستا (إقليم فورموسا) وغواراني دل رمال (خوخوي).
Legislative Decree 253 dated 17 March 1998, a transitional instrument on the appropriation and transfer of the unused railway land between the stations of Santa Lucía (Department of Santa Ana) and Ahuachapán (Department of Ahuachapán), with the exception of Santa Lucía station itself and its forecourt, to the families and institutions occupying this land, facilitated the appropriation of the buildings owned by the State and managed by FENADESAL or CEPA which were no longer needed for railway operations; this section of the line between Santa Ana and Ahuachapán is known as RAMAL C, District No. 2.
كما أن المرسوم التشريعي رقم 253 المؤرخ 17 آذار/مارس 1998، وهو صك مرحلي بشأن الاستيلاء ونقل أراضي السكك الحديدية غير المستعملة بين محطات سانتا لوتشيا (ولاية سانتا آنا) وأهواشابان (ولاية أهواشابان)، وباستثناء محطة سانتا لوتشيا نفسها والفناء الأمامي لها، إلى الأسر والمؤسسات المالكة لهذه الأراضي، قد سهل الاستيلاء على المباني المملوكة للدولة والتي كانت تديرها FENADESAL أو CEPA، والتي أصبحت غير لازمة لعمليات السكك الحديدية؛ وهذا الفرع من الخط بين سانتا آنا وأهواشابان يعرف باسم رمال ج (RAMAL C) المقاطعة رقم 2.
