The 18 operational objectives spelled out by this document include encouragement to breast feeding, prevention of premature births and low body weight of new-born babies, improvement of both the early diagnosing and the success rate of malignant neck-of-uterus and breast-tumor treatment, as well as intensification of tooth-decay and parodontium prevention in children, young people and pregnant women.
