Kali und Salz, Waste Disposal Site in Herfa Neurode

The Herfa Neurode site is located 700 metres underground in a geological complex composed of impermeable, isolating rocks (potassium salts, chalk, clay, anhydrite).
يوجد موقع هيرفا نويرود على عمق 700 متر تحت سطح الأرض في مركّب جيولوجي مؤلف من صخور عازلة ولا ترشح المياه (أملاح البوتاس، والكلس، والصلصال، والأنهدريت).
The Special Rapporteur visited the facilities of Kali und Salz at Herfa Neurode (Hesse) region. This company, a specialist in the storage of dangerous non-organic wastes, demonstrated the effectiveness of its waste management technology.
وزارت المقررة الخاصة منشآت شركة Kali und Salz، في هيرفا نورودي، (مقاطعة هيس): وهذه الشركة المتخصصة في تخزين النفايات الخطرة غير العضوية، أوضحت فعاليتها المتعلقة بالتقنيات التي تطبقها في إدارة هذا النوع من النفايات.
In order to demonstrate the control of storage, processing and disposal of dangerous wastes, the Special Rapporteur was invited to visit Kali und Salz's Herfa Neurode site in Hesse region and the various facilities belonging to the multinational corporation Bayer at Leverkusen in the Rhineland.
دُعيت المقررة الخاصة إلى زيـــارة موقع هيرفا نويرودو (Herfa Neurode) الذي تملكه مؤسسة كالي وسالـز (Kali und Salz) في مقاطعة هسّ، كما دعيت إلى زيارة الهياكل الأساسية لشركة باير (Bayer) المتعددة الجنسيات في ليفيركوزن في مقاطعة الراين، بغية إطلاعها على المهارة المكتسبة في تخزين النفايات الخطرة أو معالجتها أو إزالتها.
