Health manpower development for the Government of Bermuda is conducted as a priority.

WHO has enhanced its capacity, including health manpower development, through the following activities: strengthening of its laboratory capacities in the areas of tuberculosis, malaria and meningitis investigation; blood safety and cholera control; and emergency response to disease outbreaks.
