The Government undertook a series of prophylactic and organizational measures to counteract and fight against the negative flagella.

To achieve all goals set by the National Plan in counteracting the flagella, state structures within the country interested in finding solutions to the problem have an effective collaboration with international bodies namely the Pact for stability of the Organization of European Community Countries, European Council, European Union, International Organization for Migration, SECI Center and local NGOs - Association of Legal expert Women, Gender Center and La Strada, and Center for prevention of women's trafficking.
ولتحقيق جميع الأهداف التي حددتها الخطة الوطنية لمكافحة هذه الآفة، يقوم تعاون فعال بين الجهات الحكومية في البلد المهتمة بالعثور على حلول لهذه المشكلة والهيئات الدولية، أي ميثاق الاستقرار في بلدان منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، والمجلس الأوروبي، والاتحاد الأوروبي، والمنظمة الدولية للهجرة، ومركز مبادرة التعاون في جنوب شرق أوروبا، والمنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية - اتحاد الخبيرات القانونيات، مركز القضايا الجنسانية، منظمة 'La Strada`، مركز منع الاتجار بالنساء.
