Specifically, the Panel notes that its 2008 review concluded that three of ten submitted process-agent nominations met the technical criteria for inclusion in table A of decision XIX/15, namely, carbon tetrachloride as a dispersant or diluting agent in the production of polyvinylidene fluoride, carbon tetrachloride as a solvent for etherification in the production of tetrafluorobenzoylethyl acetate and carbon tetrachloride as a solvent for bromination and purification in the production of 4-bromophenol.

On the basis of that review the Panel concluded that only three of ten newly submitted process-agent nominations met the technical criteria for inclusion in table A, namely, carbon tetrachloride as a dispersant or diluting agent in the production of polyvinylidene fluoride; carbon tetrachloride as a solvent for etherification in the production of tetrafluorobenzoylethyl acetate; and carbon tetrachloride as a solvent for bromination and purification in the production of 4-bromophenol.
وعلى أساس ذلك الاستعراض خلص الفريق إلى أن هناك ثلاثة فقط من الترشيحات العشرة التي قدمت حديثاً عن عوامل التصنيع هي التي تستوفي المعايير التقنية للإدراج في الجدول. وهي رباعي كلورو الكربون، بوصفه عامل تشتت أو تخفيف في إنتاج الفلوريد متعدد الفينيلن إيدين، ورابع كلورو الكربون بوصفه مادة إذابة في عملية التحويل إلى إثير في إنتاج رابع فلورو بنزين الإيثيل، ورباعي الكلورو كربون كمادة إذابة للبرمنة وللتثبيت في إنتاج رابع بروموفينول.
