The Human Being, before being a social actor, is a transforming agent; he is part of the social cell. If one of the cells gets sick, the whole cell tissue is compromised.

It is the view of my delegation that globalization and its transformative agents should also be viewed in the context of how they can assist and improve the standard of living of the not-so-fortunate.

And yet there is another way to view nomads: as survivors,entrepreneurs, providers, and agents of transformation.
