Pursuant to these guarantees, the Azeri authorities have various possibilities to monitoring respect of Ms. Pelit's rights.

The State party was requested to provide clarifications in relation to the current status and whereabouts of Ms. Pelit.
وطُلب إلى الدولة الطرف تقديم إيضاحات بشأن الحالة الراهنة ومكان وجود السيدة بيليت.
7.1 By submission of 9 October 2006, the State party recalls the facts of the case: Ms. Pelit was arrested in Turkey in 1993.
7-1 في رسالة مؤرخة 9 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006، أعادت الدولة الطرف ذكر وقائع القضية وهي أنه أُلقي القبض على السيدة بيليت في تركيا عام 1993.
Azeri courts correctly concluded that Ms. Pelit's acts qualified as serious crimes under paragraph 1 F (b) of the Refugee Convention.
وقد خلصت المحاكم الأذربيجانية بحق إلى وصف أفعال السيدة بيليت بأنها جرائم خطيرة بموجب الفقرة 1 واو(ب) من الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين.
The Azeri authorities received clear and convincing diplomatic assurances from Turkey which clearly ruled out torture and other forms of inhuman treatment against Ms. Pelit after extradition.
فقد تلقت السلطات الأذربيجانية ضمانات دبلوماسية واضحة ومقنعة من تركيا استبعدت صراحة ممارسة التعذيب وأي شكل آخر من أشكال سوء المعاملة ضد السيدة بيليت بعد تسليمها.
8.1 On 17 October 2006, the complainant's lawyer informed the Committee that Ms. Pelit had been extradited to Turkey on 13 October 2006.
8-1 وفي 17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006، أبلغ محامي صاحبة الشكوى اللجنة بأن السيدة بيليت سُلمت لتركيا في 13 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006.
The Committee requested the State party to provide it with timely information on the current whereabouts and state of well-being of Ms. Pelit.
وطلبت إليها تزويدها بمعلومات مناسبة عن مكان وجود السيدة بيليت في الوقت الحالي وعن حالتها بشكل عام.
