A transport document may, for instance state that the carrier acts as agent only for the shipper and consignee as regards (i) carriage from an inland point to the ocean terminal and carriage from the ocean terminal to the point of destination, (ii) arranging stevedoring services upon loading and discharge, (iii) arranging for terminal services upon loading and discharge.

The State party should urge the competent prison authorities to use in practice all legal possibilities to release prisoners on parole by the Commissioner of Prisons on the recommendation of the Parole Board and to discharge from prison any terminally ill prisoner.
