Legislative Decree No. 20 dated 9 April 1997, creating the programme to establish legal certainty of title to rural properties (PROSEGUIR), helped to solve the difficulty presented by those participants in the Land Transfer Programme who did not wish to continue a joint tenancy arrangement with respect to the property transferred to them.
وقد ساعد المرسوم التشريعي رقم 20 المؤرخ 9 نيسان/أبريل 1997، والذي أنشأ البرنامج الخاص لإرساء الثبوتية القانونية لسند الملكية بالنسبة للممتلكات الريفية، على حل الصعوبة التي تقدم بها المشاركون في برنامج نقل الأراضي والذين أعربوا عن رغبتهم في عدم مواصلة ترتيبات الحيازة المشتركة فيما يتعلق بالملكية المنقولة إليهم.
ILGA further noted that, while since 2006 the Czech Republic allows same-sex couples to enter into formal relationships (registered partnerships), registered couples are disadvantaged compared to married couples when it comes to several basic rights such as joint property rights, tenancy rights, and are excluded from joint taxation and survivor pension rights.
وأشارت الرابطة أيضاً إلى أنه في حين أن الجمهورية التشيكية كانت تسمح منذ عام 2006 للمقترنين الذين ينتمون إلى نفس الجنس بالدخول في علاقات رسمية (الشراكات المسجلة)، لا يحظى المقترنون المسجلون بنفس امتيازات الأشخاص المتزوجين فيما يتعلق بالعديد من الحقوق الأساسية من قبيل حقوق الملكية المشتركة وحقوق الحيازة، ويُحرمون من حقوق الضريبة المشتركة وحقوق معاش الورثة.
