Alignment of United Nations capacity to the needs of programme countries

Uninterruptible power supply units of various capacities are required for communications installations in the field owing to continued and erratic commercial power supplies throughout the Mission area.

To this end, we support the strengthening of United Nations capacities in the area of the rule of law.

Adequate financial resources will also be necessary for the development of United Nations capacity in security sector reform.

In addition, there should be better coordination of the United Nations capacity-building function.
