They may add substances that produce colour when the powder ignites, but gunpowders prepared from substances treated with pyroxilin shall be absolutely prohibited. They must submit the corresponding application that complies with the requirements set out in article 5 of these regulations, indicating the amount of gunpowder they plan to manufacture per month”.
يجوز إضافة مواد تحدث لونا عند اشتعال البارود ولكن يمنع منعا باتا أنواع البارود المستخرج من مواد البيروكسيين، ويجب عليهم أن يقدموا في هذا الصدد الطلب اللازم الذي يستوفون فيه الشروط المحددة في المادة 5 من هذه الأنظمة الرقابية وذكر كمية البارود الأسود التي يعتزمون انتاجها شهريا``.
