6-دال-3- ح “البرمجيات” الآتي بيانها:
A full load displacement exceeding 500 tonnes with a maximum design speed, fully loaded, exceeding 35 knots in a significant wave height of 3.25 m (Sea State 5) or more; or
“البرمجيات” الخاصة بتصميم أو “إنتاج” قبب الرادار التي تتسم بما يلي:
A full load displacement exceeding 1,500 tonnes with a maximum design speed, fully loaded, exceeding 25 knots in a significant wave height of 4 m (Sea State 6) or more.
أ - المصممة خصيصا لحماية “هوائيات متطاورة الصفائف موجهة الكترونيا” من النوع المشمول بالبند 6 - ألف - 8 - هـ؛ و

(أ) تضم سدادات دوارة للتفريغ العالي (يعادل أو يقل عن 0.01 باسكال)؛ أو

(ب) تضم جهازا في الموقع للتحكم في سمك الطلاء؛
