For the inordinate (as) a resorting,
للطاغين مآبا
Then, as for him who was inordinate.
فأما من طغى
A place of resort for the inordinate ,
« للطاغين » الكافرين فلا يتجاوزونها « مآبا » مرجعا لهم فيدخلونها .
Then as for him who is inordinate ,
« فأما من طغى » كفر .
Nay ! man is most surely inordinate ,
« كلا » حقا « إنَّ الإنسان ليطغى » .
