"4-1-1-15 وفي حالة البراميل والتنكات البلاستيكية وحاويات السوائب الوسيطة البلاستيكية الصلبة، ومكونات حاويات السوائب الوسيطة التي تحوي أوعية داخلية من البلاستيك، تُحدد فترة الاستعمال المسموح بها لنقل البضائع الخطرة بخمس سنوات من يوم تصنيع الأوعية، ما لم توافق السلطة المختصة على غير ذلك، ما لم يوص بفترة استخدام أقصر بسبب طبيعة المادة المراد نقلها".
