(د) استجابة القطاع الخاص (الشركات): تحول النشاط الاقتصادي من سلع متداولة إلى سلع غير متداولة تجارياً؛ وتضارب أشكال الاستجابة مع خفض الشركات والمؤسسات العامة والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم لاستثماراتها؛ وهروب رؤوس الأموال وتحول الحوافظ المالية من أصول ثابتة بالعملة المحلية إلى أصول غير ثابتة بعملات أجنبية؛ وتوليد شبه الريع مع تحول عناصر الاستثمار بعيداً عن الأنشطة المنتجة.

(e) Private sector (household) response: household consumption demand faces supply bottlenecks and leads to depressed inflation in the official market and open inflation in parallel markets; distribution of real household income deteriorates; the poor, with less access to quasi-rents and official welfare, pay for war; established employment patterns disintegrate; a "portfolio reallocation" of household labour resources and radical changes in labour participation.
(ه) استجابة القطاع الخاص (الأسر المعيشية): الطلب الاستهلاكي للأسر المعيشية يواجه اختناقات في العرض مما يؤدي إلى انخفاض التضخم في السوق الرسمية وارتفاعه في الأسواق الموازية؛ تدهور توزيع الدخل الحقيقي للأسر المعيشية؛ الفقراء الذين تضيق بهم سبل الحصول على شبه الريع وعلى الرعاية الرسمية هم من يدفع ثمن الحرب؛ تفكك أنماط العمالة المستقرة؛ إعادة توزيع دخل الأسر المعيشية من اليد العاملة وتغيرات جذرية في مشاركة اليد العاملة.

Individuals and corporations selling foreign exchange services or participating in foreign exchange arbitrage and speculation are likely to be deriving quasi-rents from the foreign exchange markets, and hence in general will tend to bear a larger share of the burden than other classes of persons.
ومن المحتمل أن يحصل الأفراد والشركات الذين يبيعون خدمات العملات الأجنبية أو يشاركون في عمليات التحكيم والمضاربة المتعلقة بها على ما يشبه الإيجار من أسواق العملات الأجنبية، ومن ثم سيجنحون عموما إلى تحميل نصيب من العبء أكبر من الفئات الأخرى من الأشخاص.
