This could be done at the time when due publicity was to be given, in accordance with article 76, paragraph 9, of UNCLOS, to charts and relevant information, including geodetic data, permanently describing the outer limits of its continental shelf, deposited by the coastal State with the Secretary-General.

Upon giving due publicity to the charts and relevant information, including geodetic data, permanently describing the outer limits of the continental shelf deposited by the coastal State in accordance with article 76, paragraph 9, of the Convention, the Secretary-General shall give due publicity also to the recommendations of the Commission which in the view of the Commission are related to those limits.
بعد الإعلان الواجب عن الخرائط والمعلومات ذات الصلة، بما فيها البيانات الجيوديسية، التي تقدم وصفا ثابتا للحدود الخارجية للجرف القاري والتي أودعتها الدولة الساحلية وفقا للفقرة 9 من المادة 76 من الاتفاقية، يقوم الأمين العام بالإعلان الواجب عن توصيات اللجنة التي تعتبرها تلك اللجنة متصلة بهذه الحدود.

It was also understood that not only the deliberations of the Commission and Subcommission but also any data or information relating to the submission should remain confidential until such time as information on the outer limits of its continental shelf had been deposited with the Secretary-General in accordance with article 76, paragraph 9, of the Convention.

The charts and relevant information, including geodetic data, describing the outer limits of the continental shelf, which are deposited by the coastal State with the Secretary-General and which are to be given due publicity by the Secretary-General in accordance with article 76, paragraph 9, of the Convention, shall cease to be classified as confidential, if they had been so classified earlier, upon their receipt by the Secretary-General.
يتوقف تصنيف الخرائط والمعلومات ذات الصلة، بما فيها البيانات الجيوديسية، التي تصف الحدود الخارجية للجرف القاري والتي تودعها الدولة الساحلية لدى الأمين العام ليتولى الإعلان الواجب عنها وفقا للفقرة 9 من المادة 76 من الاتفاقية، باعتبارها سرِّية، إذا كانت قد صُنفت كذلك في وقت سابق، لدى تسلم الأمين العام لها.
