ويحدث البغاء القسري عندما يمارسه شخص ما ضد رغبته/رغبتها، أي يُجبر تحت الإكراه أو الترهيب على ممارسة أفعال جنسية في مقابل نقود أو مدفوعات عينية، سواء جرى تسليمها إلى آخرين أو استلمتها نفس ضحية البغاء القسري(59).
