وفي الحالات الاستثنائية التي تضطر فيها الوحدات إلى أن تنقل بنفسها الأصناف المتعلقة بإعادة الإمداد، وهو ما يجرى لمسافات تزيد كثيراً عما هو معتاد، سيكون هذا مستحقاً لأن يُدرَج في مُعامِل الاستخدام التشغيلي المكثَّف.

This requirement applies to “fishing vessels remaining at sea for more than three days which: (a) are 24 metres in length and over; or (b) normally navigate at a distance exceeding 200 nautical miles from the coastline of the flag State or navigate beyond the outer edge of its continental shelf, whichever distance from the coastline is greater”.
وينطبق هذا الشرط على ”سفن الصيد التي تبقى بالبحر أكثر من ثلاثة أيام و (أ) يبلغ طولها 24 مترا أو أكثر؛ أو (ب) تبحر عادة على مسافة تزيد عن 200 ميل بحري من ساحل دولة العلم أو تبحر فيما يتجاوز الطرف الخارجي لجرفها القاري، أيهما أبعد مسافة عن الساحل“.
