• L'initiative «Young people drawing for human rights» (Les jeunes dessinent pour les droits de l'homme), lancée en novembre 2003, est un exemple des activités que mène le Haut-Commissariat dans ce domaine.

• Elle a également organisé à l'ONU une exposition spéciale de dessins intitulée « Drawing it Out » avec ONUSIDA et d'autres organisations à l'occasion de la Journée mondiale de la lutte contre le sida (2006).
  وأقام الاتحاد أيضاً معرضاً للرسوم الهزلية تحت عنوان ”القضاء على الإيدز“ ”Drawing it Out“ بالمشاركة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة المشترك المعني بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز ومنظمات أخرى أثناء اليوم العالمي للإيدز في عام 2006 المعقود في الأمم المتحدة.
• À la fin de 2004, le Forum de Genève a publié un rapport intitulé : The Role of Regional Organisations in Stemming the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons : Sharing Experience and Drawing Lessons (Le rôle des organisations régionales dans la lutte contre le commerce illicite des armes légères : expériences à partager et enseignements à retenir).
  وفي أواخر عام 2004، نشر منتدى جنيف تقريرا عنوانه ”دور المنظمات الإقليمية في كبح الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة: تبادل الخبرات واستخلاص الدروس“.

• En coopération avec l'UNITAR, le Groupe d'experts a élaboré un document intitulé «Selection of examples and exercises drawing from regional NAPA workshops» (choix d'exemples et d'exercices tirés des ateliers régionaux consacrés à l'élaboration des PANA). De même, le petit guide sur les PANA donne des indications sur l'élaboration des PANA et en particulier sur les moyens de surmonter les difficultés qui peuvent surgir au cours de ce processus.

• Afin d'aider les organisations régionales à s'attaquer à ce problème, le Forum de Genève3 a organisé en janvier 2004 un séminaire intitulé « The role of regional organizations in stemming the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons: sharing experience and drawing lessons » (Le rôle des organisations régionales dans la lutte contre le commerce illicite des armes légères : expériences à partager et enseignements à retenir).
  ولأجل مساعدة المنظمات الإقليمية في معالجة هذه المسالة عقد منتدى جنيف في كانون الثاني/يناير 2004 حلقة دراسية موضوعها ”دور المنظمات الإقليمية في وقف الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة: تبادل الخبرة واستخلاص الدروس“.
• The indicators generated by the Urban Indicators Programme have enabled UN-Habitat to make a strong argument for drawing the attention of the world public and global policy-makers to cities and have been formed the basis of a number of reports. The city-level indicators have remained too general, however, to be of use in monitoring the Millennium Development Goals globally, or in assisting national or local actors in reaching to policy decisions. The Monitoring of Urban Inequities Programme, on the other hand, is structured to provide a rich source of reference information on intracity differences, mainly between slums, non-slum residential areas and rural areas.
