Prenatal education for the future parents, especially the mother, basically involves: A healthy lifestyle (nutrition and healthy lifestyle in accordance with WHO guidelines); A healthy, positive outlook on life (music and art appreciation, revelling in the beauty of nature, while respecting the culture of each country and individual); And, most importantly, communicating love between the mother, father and child (through caresses, haptonomy, speech and thoughts).
