Experience with planning in the CAEU member countries since the early 1960s has revealed many deficiencies and shortcomings, relating variously to the planning methods and techniques used, the implementation strategies adopted or the objectives of the plans in question.
إن تجربة التخطيط في الدول الأعضاء في مجلس الوحدة الاقتصادية العربية قد كشفت عن قصور وشوائب عديدة سواء في أساليب وتقنيات التخطيط المتبعة أو في مجال متابعة تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والأهداف التي تضمنتها الخطط الإنمائية المختلفة منذ بداية الستينات.

• كفاءة استخدام المياه في المزارع - يمكن تحقيق وفورات كبيرة في استخدام المياه وتفادي مشاكل الملوحة عن طريق الأخذ بتقنيات التنقيط والرش المُظلل بالأشجار وعن طريق مراقبة استخدام المياه.

In this context, the CAEU Secretariat will invite the associations to give thought to the question of what they can make available to the Iraqi people during the reconstruction phase in their several fields of competence.
