• attaching in the hands of such persons (hereinafter referred to as "the garnishees") as are mentioned in the application all moneys and other movable property due or pertaining or belonging to the suspect;
  (أ) تحجـز لدى الأشخاص (يشار إليهم من الآن فصاعدا باسم “المحجوز لديهم”) المذكورين في الطلب جميع الأموال وغيرها من الممتلكات المنقولة التي تحق أو تعود للمشتبه فيــه؛
• requiring the garnishee to declare in writing to the Attorney General, not later than twenty-four hours from the time of service of the order, the nature and source of all money and other movable property so attached; and
  (ب) تطلب إلى المحجوز لديـه أن يصرح خطيا للمدعي العام، في غضون مدة لا تزيد عن 24 ساعة من صدور الأمر، عن طبيعة ومصدر جميع الأموال وغيرها من الممتلكات المنقولة التي فرض الحجز عليها؛
• In other words, the consent of the other spouse is not required, nor does the other spouse have any right to impede the account holder from withdrawing such money unless, through the use of a garnishee order or any court order.
  وبمعنى آخر، فإن موافقة الطرف الآخر ليست واجبة وليس له أي حق في إعاقة صاحب الحساب عن سحب تلك المبالغ إلا عن طريق أمر حجز أو أي أمر صادر من محكمة.
