• The subsidy may be used for the acquisition of a usable building plot, of a new or re-sale dwelling, the enlargement, renovation or maintenance of a dwelling, to cover the repayment instalments on residential loans or to pay the lease fee of the dwelling or to bear other costs related to the dwelling.
