Some 1,200 people had foregathered in Nairobi at the first session of the World Urban Forum, and now nearly 5,000 people had registered for the second session of the Forum, demonstrating that the problems and possibilities of urbanization were gaining an ever increasing attention on the global agenda.
وذلك أن 1200 شخصاً تجمعوا في نيروبي في الدورة الأولى للمنتدى الحضري العالمي، وأن هناك الآن نحو 5000 شخص قد سجلوا لحضور الدورة الثانية للمنتدى مما يدل على أن مشكلات وإمكانيات الحضرنة بدأت تكتسب اهتماماً متزايداً في جدول الأعمال العالمي.
