3.º - All crimes committed by an Angolan citizen against the internal or external security of a foreign State, or of falsification of public seals, of Angolan currency, of public credit documents, of notes from the national bank, or from companies or businesses legally authorized to issue such notes, provided that the infractors have been subjected to a legal trial in the country where they committed the crime;
جميع الجرائم التي يرتكبها مواطنون أنغوليون ضد الأمن الداخلي أو الخارجي لدولة أجنبية، أو تزوير الأختام العامة أو تزييف العملة الأنغولية أو صكوك الائتمان العامة، أو سندات من المصرف الوطني أو من شركات أو مؤسسات تجارية مخولة قانونا بإصدار هذه السندات، شريطة أن يكون مرتكبوها قد حوكموا محاكمة قانونية في البلد الذي ارتكبوا فيه الجريمة؛

كل الجرائم المرتكبة من مواطن أنغولي ضد الأمن الداخلي أو الخارجي لدولة أجنية، أو جريمة تزوير الأختام العامة، أو وثائق الائتمان العام، أو سندات من المصرف الوطني، أو سندات الشركات أو الأعمال التجارية المفوضة قانونياً بإصدار مثل هذه السندات، شريطة أن يخضع مرتكبو الجريمة لمحاكمة قانونية في البلد الذي ارتكبوا فيه الجريمة.
