On 08 March 1999, Mr. Ahmet Zeki Okçouglu and his brother, lawyer Selim Okçouglu, lawyer Mr. Niyazi Bulgan and lawyer Mr. Niyazi Bulgan, were given a “Power of attorney” by Abdullah Ocalan.
