• Article 53 of the Criminal Law was applicable to foreign residents who had committed a crime within the country or a hostile act against the Republic abroad, opposing independence and reunification or suppressing and persecuting the national liberation struggle.
  وقال إن المادة 53 من القانون الجنائي تنطبق على المقيمين الأجانب الذين ارتكبوا جريمة داخل البلاد أو قاموا بعمل معادٍ للجمهورية في الخارج أو عارضوا الاستقلال وإعادة التوحيد أو قمع النضال الوطني من أجل التحرير أو النيل منه.

  (ج) يقوم في داخل السودان دون إذن من الدولة بجمع الجند وتجهيزهم لغزو دولة أجنبية أو يقوم بعمل عدائي ضد دولة أجنبية يكون من شأنه أن يعرض البلاد لخطر الحرب؛
• Article 128. Any person who, in collaboration with a foreign country or republic, external enemies or terrorist, paramilitary, insurgent or subversive groups or associations, conspires to undermine the integrity of the territory of Venezuela or its national institutions or commits a hostile act against them using any means for these purposes shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of 20 to 30 years.
  المادة 128 - يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 20 و 30 سنة كل شخص يقوم، بالتعاون مع بلد أجنبي أو دولة أجنبية، أو بالتعاون مع مجموعات أو رابطات معادية أو إرهابية أو شبه عسكرية أو متمردة أو تخريبية، أو متآمرة على النيل من سلامة أراضي فنزويلا أو النيل من مؤسساتها الوطنية، أو يرتكب فعلا عدائيا ضدها باستخدام أية وسيلة كانت لتحقيق هذه الأغراض.
